The gym, while a bit small, still had enough cardio options for my workout routine. Just a heads-up, the bathrooms can feel a bit cramped for two people at once, but that didn't spoil the fun at all 😊

Attentive staff, classic location.
In my view, the applicable rate should have included breakfast, which negatively impacts the value for money ratio.

Brace yourself for this review!
What a good experience! The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff's attention to detail and hospitality create a warm environment. My room was spacious and beautifully maintained, though a bit dated. Be prepared for higher prices in the restaurant, but the service makes it worthwhile. Can't wait to return!

The staff was great.....and our room was quiet and comfortable....it also has a great location...
The wifi service is very expensive, while in the others hotels in europe was FREE....also the internet service was very expensive.... The breakfast buffet was also very expensive 34 euros, while in Paris and Barcelona in 4 star hotels like this, it was 18 euros....

The location was good and I could use private parking onsite. The fact that Gregorio Maranon tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was great-sized and newly renovated.

The hotel was fantastic for our family! We loved the spacious Premium King Club Room and enjoyed visiting the nearby Retiro Park, perfect for our grandchild to play. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant served delicious meals that pleased everyone.
My kids wished for more activities for children.

The location was good. Very nice breakfast.
The hotel looks old and smells old as well. The room (delux) was very small. Overall needs good upgrate. Looks like it got frozen somewhere in the 80s.

Excellent place with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. I highly recommend the spa's massage! I'm coming back for a city trip.

Good place to stay. Courteous staff - but the front office can be little more friendly thought the men were having a eternal frown while the girls were nice. Resturants choice was limited but no complaints of the food and service. OVERALL WILL LIKE TO STAY AGAIN AND GLAD THAT I HAD NICE MEMORIES DURING MY STAY. THANKS GOD !
Noting at all. All well.

Would definitely recommend for a brief weekend stay
Stylish hotel, convenient location, with my room being spacious and well-equipped with a tv and a lovely dining area at breakfast that offered a great start to my day, all just 200 meters from the nearest metro station.
Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

The only good thing about this overpriced outdated hotel was the bed Horrible location in the middle of nowhere Food at the hotel was outrageously overpriced so we could not eat there and nothing in the area was ever open Horrible unhelpful concierge Really disappointing as it had been reccomended by several people Would never go back it was a ripoff , old , smelly and anything not in the safe is up for grabs by the maids -be forewarned
Horrible stay lsewhere!!!

The Surprise Breakfast Delight
Woke up each morning to an extraordinary buffet, complete with fresh pastries and really good coffee. The staff were always on hand to.
While the location was great, our room's decor felt outdated and could use a refresh. The gym equipment was limited and didn't meet my fitness needs.
